Modern Maintenance Building Services, Inc. in Milwaukee is seeking a Full-Time Fill-in General Cleaner for the downtown area (US Bank Tower Nights), working 5:30pm-1:30am. You will clean and maintain designated office building areas and communicate with the Account Manager for daily dispatches.

Independence is required; experience is a plus but not necessary. The role covers multi-tenant buildings and requires flexibility for assigned tasks by the supervisor/manager.

• Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
• Job duties may be modified at any time by supervisor/manager.
• Follow all company Safety standards and procedures.

Job Skills / Requirements

Seeking a Full-Time Fill-in general cleaner to clean and maintain Office Building in the downtown Milwaukee Area only (Monday through Friday 5:30pm-1:30am). Cleaner must work independently. Experience a plus but not required.

Fill-in Cleaners are responsible for communicating with the Account Manager and/or District Manager daily for dispatching them to the appropriate areas of the building each day. The cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. The assigned area(s) could be multi-tenant buildings, commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, or educational facilities. Cleaners must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Must be flexible in other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBILITIES:
