Full Time Field Sales Representative

Location: Columbia, SC

$20.05 per hour + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission

Schedule: 5 evenings/week – Hours: 12:05pm to 9:00pm (WA/CA/CO - 12:05pm – 8:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve:
   • Meet customers in-home, in-office, or at other locations. Customer interactions are scheduled in advance.
   • Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing the customer’s needs.
2. Solve:
   • Address and resolve customers’ tech issues, providing understandable solutions regardless of their tech knowledge.
   • Ensure customers leave satisfied with a resolution and suitable product.
3. Sell:
   • Use Asurion’s products to offer tailored solutions.
   • Identify customer needs and position products accordingly.
   • Employ negotiation and communication skills to close sales effectively.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with set sales targets
• Valid driver’s license, a satisfactory driving record, and at least 1 year of driving experience
• Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles); travel up to 120 miles one-way
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Personal cellphone
• Comfort around household pets
• Effective communication, adaptability, and goal-oriented mindset
• Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn
