Compass Group USA in Denton, TX is hiring immediately for full-time FAST FOOD SHIFT LEAD positions, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday through Friday. Requires prior supervisory or management experience, including ordering, inventory, cooking, and cleaning.

The role supervises staff, ensures proper food assembly and service, maintains sanitation and safety, and promotes efficient operation. Compensation is $16.00–$19.00 per hour; online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with ordering, inventory, cooking, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service by giving one-on-one attention to detail.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in line with company standards for presentation, sanitation and safety (HACCP/OSHA) and portion control.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and via email for online inquiries.
• Trains and coordinates staff to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Determines work procedures and prepares schedules; expedites workflow.
• Develops sanitation schedules and enforces cleaning of kitchen and dining areas and utensil washing.
• Contributes to the team with professionalism toward customers and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
