Matrix Providers seeks a Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice to join our team at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, delivering high-quality care to military members and their families in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications include an MSN in Family NP, ANCC/AANP certification, active RN license, and at least 24 months of recent Family NP practice. Full-time, 40 hours/week, 7:30–16:30, Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization.
• Active ANCC/AANP certification or equivalent.
• Active RN license and APRN eligibility per US jurisdiction.
• At least 24 months of Family NP practice within the last 36 months.
• Experience in high-volume clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full scope of NP services including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for all ages.
• Prescribe and dispense medications within privileges.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for care plans.
• Support patient education on health, well-being, and disease prevention.
• Attend care conferences and participate in quality assurance activities.
