Job summary

One Medical in Berkeley, CA is seeking a full-time family medicine/medicine-pediatrics clinician to join our patient-centered primary care team. You will manage a diverse panel across ages, provide in-person and telehealth care, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds while collaborating with both in-office and virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Completed Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+)
• CA state license before start date

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
