Vermont State University – Williston campus seeks a full-time tenure-track faculty member to teach aviation courses in the Professional Pilot Program beginning in August 2026. The candidate will engage in curriculum development, student advising, and service on college committees, while contributing to scholarship and professional development.

Full Time tenure track faculty position available to teach various aviation courses in the Professional Pilot Program, Williston Campus, to begin August 2026.
Full time faculty member will be expected to teach a variety of aviation courses.
In addition to teaching, faculty at VTSU are expected to participate in and contribute to university committees, scholarship and professional development, student advising, service to the college community, develpment of curriculum and facilities as needed and other duties related to teaching effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. 3-5 years of field-related experience preferred. FAA Certification and licensure where appropriate.
Scheduled Hours Weekly: 37.5
Budgeted Wage for this Position: $57,500
