Job summary

CNM Central New Mexico Community College seeks a dedicated faculty member to deliver high-quality instruction in architectural, engineering, or construction-related courses. This full-time position emphasizes student success, retention, and graduation outcomes and includes college service beyond teaching.

The role requires a degree, industry experience, and proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years recent industry experience (architectural, engineering, or construction).
• Experience with commercial buildings or construction document preparation using AutoCAD, Revit software, and/or other design software.

Responsibilities

• Effectively prepare, teach, grade, and assess student learning in courses assigned.
• Create and model a quality learning environment to support a diverse student population.
• Maintain student records and provide documentation for incompletes within established College timelines.
