Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; Doctorate degree preferred.
• 2-3 years teaching experience preferred.
• Current AHA CPR.

Responsibilities

• Teach all classes according to an approved course syllabus.
• Ensure curricular components are included and content is current.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality for scheduled classes.
• Assess student achievement and adjust teaching methods based on feedback.
• Submit attendance and grade reports accurately and promptly.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to curriculum goals.
• Suggest improvements to the Program Director for teaching and curricula.
• Engage in professional development to stay updated on trends.
• Serve on university committees as needed and requested.
• Engage in scholarly work related to teaching and learning.
• Follow safety practices in all work activities.
