Job summary

All Roads is seeking a Custodian to join the custodial team at the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless. The role involves general cleaning of common areas and dormitories, floor care, trash disposal, restocking supplies, and assisting with equipment maintenance.

This full-time position in Boulder, CO offers a starting hourly wage of $23.00 with a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement plan, PTO, sick leave, and an RTD EcoPass.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning equipment preferred.
• Ability to learn and work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional boundaries.
• Ability to lift 35–50 pounds and work outdoors in all elements.
• Access to IT platforms such as email and online payroll database.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of common areas and resident dormitories.
• Clean flooring and bathrooms, including power wash.
• Empty trash and recycling; restock supplies.
• Landscape litter removal and snow shoveling when needed.
• Assist Facilities Director with projects and equipment maintenance.
• Represents All Roads in alignment with our mission and core values.
