Job summary

Mirabella at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. The role involves cleaning common areas, performing floor care, and assisting with event setup and takedown.

Ideal candidates have prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, and the ability to operate custodial equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial, housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to operate floor care and custodial equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, offices, resident spaces, and facilities.
• Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing.
• Support event setup and takedown activities as needed.
• Complete routine cleaning projects, trash removal, and general upkeep following safety procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests.
