Compass Group USA is seeking a dedicated Janitor to keep facilities clean and orderly at 11500 Maybelline Road, North Little Rock, AR 72117. The role offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Prior housekeeping, janitorial, and independent work experience is required for this position. The ESFM division emphasizes a safe, healthy, and sustainable environment and provides comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, and independent work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow safety and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Assists with tasks as assigned by supervisor and adheres to guidelines.
