Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside client buildings. The role requires flexibility to adapt to different site specifications and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Pay rate is $17.00 per hour with weekly pay. Full-time schedule available; on-site work across client sites with on-going training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 6+ months janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash and manage waste.
• Clean windows and mirrors as required.
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet care.
• Replenish supplies and follow the housekeeping schedule.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by scope of work or client.
