Job summary

Concord Coach Lines is seeking a full-time Facilities and Grounds Maintenance person at the Portland Transportation Center in Portland, ME. This in-person role requires working Sunday through Thursday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with flexibility for snow removal and other needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, janitorial duties, and landscaping.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Able to perform heavy lifting.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Willing to complete pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance, janitorial duties and landscaping tasks.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal upkeep as needed.
• Operate and maintain facilities systems and equipment.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas and common spaces.

Concord Coach Lines is looking to add a Full-time Facilities and Grounds Maintenance individual to the team at the Portland Transportation Center in Portland, ME. This is an in-person position with year-round stability. The primary schedule is Sunday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm but flexibility to adjust for snow removal or other needs is required.
