Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience running extrusion machinery.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work shift work days and nights.
• Must be able to read and understand numbers.
• Must be able to attend work reliably and on time; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Before shift starts, confirm the job order with the machine it's running on.
• Add granular materials and coloring pigments to the machine hopper as directed.
• Fill machine hopper with materials using suction hose or hoppers.
• Clean and maintain machinery, tools and work area.
• Monitor product quality through inspections and check dimensions with gauges.
• Report mechanical problems to Supervisor and mechanic.
• Follow all safety policies and wear required safety equipment.
