• Perform grounds maintenance in parking lots and around buildings ensuring cleanliness
• Operate equipment and vehicles to complete landscaping tasks
• Collaborate with team to manage exterior maintenance across site
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory guidelines (OSHA/EPA)
• Assess landscaping needs and apply sustainable upgrades
