Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree MSN from an approved program.
• National Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners.
• Practicing-state Nurse Practitioner licensure; prescriptive authority within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare for non-acute or chronic conditions in primary care settings.
• Record medical history and perform physical assessments; develop treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; document medical records accurately.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Prescribe medications and administer injections; provide wound care.
• Educate patients on health, medications, and preventive measures.
• Triage calls and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
