Allied Universal is seeking full-time Security Professionals for a premier convention center and event venue in Reno, NV. You will support daily building coverage, assist guests, and uphold safety and exceptional customer service in busy venues.

Responsibilities include patrols, access control, bag inspections, and incident response. The role suits individuals seeking steady hours in an active event environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or five years of work experience.
• Valid Nevada PILB Security Guard Registration required upon hire.
• Must be 18 years or older (21 for driving roles) and able to pass background checks.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the convention center and surrounding property.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted access areas.
• Perform guest bag inspections per venue security policies.
• Operate screening equipment and manage access for guests, vendors, and staff.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns with professional poise.
• Provide excellent guest service while maintaining a safe environment.
