Compass Group USA’s ESFM division seeks a dedicated janitor for a full-time role at J&J Mentor in Irving, TX. The position involves heavy cleaning, trash disposal, floor maintenance, and sanitizing surfaces to meet infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly, performs heavy cleaning duties.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors and cleans surfaces as required.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and returns them to place.
• Cleans assigned areas and sanitizes all surfaces per procedures.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture and baseboards to maintain a clean environment.
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning and completes tasks.
• Performs tasks in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors, shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team and demonstrates professionalism.
