Job summary

Compass Group USA’s ESFM division is hiring a full-time Janitor in Coppell, TX. The role maintains clean facilities, performs heavy cleaning duties, and supports a safe, healthy workplace.

Location is Astrazeneca - Coppell; schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm. Prior experience is preferred but training is available. Salary ranges from $15.00 to $15.50 per hour with benefits described in the job post.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly; performs heavy cleaning duties.
• Collects and disposes of trash following procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors; sanitizes surfaces.
• Moves equipment and furniture; positions items properly.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpets.
• Adheres to all federal, state and local guidelines.
