Job summary

Cura Hospitality is hiring a Full-Time Evening Cook for our Pineville, LA location. The role involves working with a motivated kitchen staff and preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced setting. Typical schedule is 11:15am–7:15pm, onsite support from Cura Hospitality.

The Evening Cook will handle food prep, presentation, storage, and adherence to safety and recipes while delivering excellent customer service and supporting personal growth within the team.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
