This full-time role involves cleaning apartments and common areas, upholding safety standards, and supporting a positive living environment.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping or janitorial experience, strong attention to detail, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, or janitorial experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and compassionate.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing resident apartments, common areas, offices, and public spaces.
• Creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members.
• Following infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Ensuring housekeeping supplies and equipment are properly maintained.
• Responding to resident requests with professionalism and care.
• Working collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding resident experience.
