Responsibilities

• Renders basic life support procedures per protocols.
• Provides accurate oral reports to designated medical staff.
• Operates Pro‑Med vehicles safely and professionally during transport.
• Communicates with Dispatch via radio or phone.
• Completes reports legibly and timely.
• Checks supplies and vehicle at each shift change.
• Inspects vehicle readiness before service.
• Delivers patient care in a confidential, courteous manner.
• Provides medical examination and screening per Medical Control Authority rules.
• Uses PPE as required by law and company policy.
• Maintains vehicles and quarters per Pro‑Med policies.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
