Job summary

Community LIFE is seeking a dedicated Program Assistant to support elderly participants with daily living activities, recreation, and personal care in our East End Wilkinsburg Adult Day Center and at participants' homes as needed.

Full-time position based in Wilkinsburg, PA, with a Monday–Friday schedule, plus weekend hours. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid PA driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to follow non-technical verbal and written directions and keep records.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly participants with activities of daily living, recreational activities, and personal care in the Adult Day Center or at participants' residences as needed.
• Support participants with daily routines and ensure safety during activities and transportation.
