Qualifications

• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and one year of related experience.
• At least one year working with children, preferably infants and toddlers.
• Current Act 33/34 and FBI fingerprint clearances, NSOR clearance, current physical and TB test, Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Treat children with love and respect using positive guidance.
• Adhere to policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbooks.
• Plan and implement daily programs using DAP theory and other guidelines.
• Communicate with parents daily and participate in conferences.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for children and staff.
