Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or related field with 18 hours in Early Childhood OR Associates Degree in Early Childhood or related degree with 18 hours in Early Childhood OR Infant Toddler CDA.

Responsibilities

• Develops weekly plans and implements age-appropriate curriculum to nurture and stimulate development.
• Provides routines such as naps, diapering, and feeding in alignment with parent/caregiver wishes.
• Maintains online portfolio on each child's progress for planning and growth.
• Observes children daily to assess skills and needs and supports learning.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field with 18 hours in Early Childhood
