Catalyst Family Inc. in Fairfield, CA is hiring teaching staff to support children aged infant to school age. You will implement developmentally appropriate curricula, foster social-emotional growth, and maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional growth opportunities. Prior CA ECE credentials preferred; bilingual ability valued depending on center.

Qualifications

• Education requirements vary by center; infant/toddler/k-12 eligibility depending on age group and program.
• CA-specific credentials (Title 5/Title 22) or Teacher Permit may be required.
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred but not always mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with children's interests.
• Establish enriching, age-appropriate learning environments and experiences.
• Provide excellent customer service by building authentic, culturally responsive relationships with children, families, schools, and communities.
• Ensure children are supervised, healthy, and safe; maintain compliant safety practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality programs and a positive workplace.
