Qualifications

• Experience in licensed childcare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment for children.
• Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities.
• Maintain classroom records, developmental assessments, and attendance logs.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive learning experience.
• Ensure classroom safety and adherence to licensing, health, and sanitation guidelines.
