Rutland County Parent Child Center seeks an empathetic Early Childhood Educator para for a three-year-old in a nurturing setting. You will work with a 20-child classroom under the Director and Lead Teacher, supporting daily routines and developmentally appropriate activities.

Qualifications

• Preference given to those who qualify as a teacher assistant per Vermont childcare regulations.
• Minimum high school diploma and experience in a regulated setting may be considered.
• Ability to implement developmentally appropriate curricula with families.
• Strong communication skills with both adults and children.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing curricula activities and encourage participation by children.
• Actively engage in activities; manage classroom materials and cleanliness.
• Maintain frequent communications with families.
• Support transitions and follow center policies and state regulations.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with Lead Teacher and Director.
