Job summary

Performance Driven Workforce in Portland, OR is seeking full-time Driver Dispatch Coordinators to ensure day-to-day operations of the test drive facility run smoothly.

You will schedule vehicles and drivers for fleet tests, act as a primary contact for driver questions, and coordinate the team’s timing and daily tasks. This role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of relevant experience, and proficient Excel and data entry skills; overtime may be required.

Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is hiring Full-time Driver Dispatch Coordinators for an automotive Tier 1 supplier inPortland, OR. The role will ensure the day-to-day operations within the test drive facility run smoothly. The Full-time Driver Dispatch Coordinators will work with drivers as well as contractor providers to adjust daily staffing needs and schedules. The Full-time Driver Dispatch Coordinators ensures that vehicles are scheduled, dispatched and sent out for tests in a timely fashion.

Shift:

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle and driver scheduling for fleet tests, including changes to shift status, down vehicles and absent drivers
• Point of contact for driver questions and issues regarding test vehicles and routes
• Coordinate drive team’s timing and daily tasks
• Daily data entry of driver/vehicle statistics
• Compile reports related to driver performance
• Onboarding and training of new drivers
• Coordinate off site special testing trips

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Good driving record
• Proficient with Microsoft office suite with a focus on Excel
