Rides Mass Transit (RMTD) is seeking entry-level, full-time drivers in Illinois. We provide training and offer a starting pay of $19.25 per hour, plus a $500 new-hire incentive after successful completion of a three-month training period.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to hold a CDL.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years (no more than one moving violation or one at-fault accident).
• No DUI convictions within the last 10 years.
• CDL license must be obtained within one month of employment; RMTD will train qualified candidates.

Responsabilités

• Drive full-time passenger routes as required.
• Provide safe, friendly, customer-focused service.
• Follow DOT and ADA safety procedures; assist clients as needed.
