Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Illinois for mail-order dispensing. You will fill and pack medications, support automated systems, and help with shipping while maintaining accuracy and reliability. The role requires standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and clear communication.

Shift: Mon, Wed–Fri 6:15a-2:45p; Sat 7:30a-2:45p; off Tue. 40 hours weekly; prior licensing and IL certification required within 2 years.

Qualifications

• Illinois Pharmacy Technician License required.
• Must complete IL Certification Requirements within 2 years of license issue date.
• Flexibility to perform duties across multiple functional areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual filling and packing of medications for mail-order.
• Fill medications for automated dispensing machines.
• Quality sampling of medications from automated machines.
• Assist with shipping/metering packages for shipment.
• Maintain accuracy, reliability and teamwork across shifts.
