Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or with a machine; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures and maintains sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops floors; cleans work surfaces and prep areas.
