Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses a dishwasher as assigned.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures complete cleanliness.
• Polishes silver using required equipment and maintains sanitation.
• Keeps dish area clean and safe, following safety procedures.
• Removes trash and transports supplies between storage and work areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
