Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and washes them by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate tools and methods; maintains sanitation standards.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe; adheres to safety procedures.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
