Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in racks/conveyor.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment; ensures sanitation.
• Maintains safe temperatures and chemical levels as per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Washes prep surfaces, walls, and refrigerators as required.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas.
• Helps load/unload supplies and performs other duties as assigned.
