Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Washes dishes by hand or uses dishwashing machine as assigned; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silverware and maintains clean food prep surfaces as required.
• Keeps dish area orderly and adheres to safety standards.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
