Responsibilities

• Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or in the dishwasher to ensure cleanliness.
• Washes pots and pans; maintains sanitary kitchen and work areas.
• Polishes silverware and keeps station organized and safe.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels per safety standards.
• Keeps dish area clean and orderly; sweeps and mops floors.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with unloading.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
