Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, trays and utensils.
• Washes pots, pans and trays following procedures to ensure sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Keeps dish area clean and safe; follows safety procedures.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Helps load and unload supplies and equipment as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
