Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company in Seattle is hiring for a full-time dishwasher at Elliott Bay Culinary. You will maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas in a clean and sanitary condition, supporting a fast-paced food service operation.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Pay rate: $22.00 per hour. Previous dishwashing experience is required. Competitive wages and benefits are offered as part of our nationwide network of cafés.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses dishes, washes by hand or uses dishwasher to ensure cleanliness.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and maintains sanitation.
• Polishes silver using standard methods and maintains cleanliness.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and cleans floors to meet safety standards.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
