A minimum of one year of dishwashing experience is required. Pay range is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Bon Appétit Management Company operates many cafés nationwide; this role includes standard kitchen sanitation duties and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Washes pots, pans and trays following procedures for complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Washes work surfaces and other prep areas to maintain hygiene.
