Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Wayne, NJ seeks a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards.

You will set up and maintain dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, and ensure sanitation logs are kept up to date as part of daily duties. This entry-level role offers growth through exposure to senior living dining operations.

• Ability to operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned

15.92 - 19.90
