QSL Management is seeking a Director of Wellness for The Barclay at Little River, SC. This full-time role directs the wellness (Nursing Care) department, supervising nursing and personal care staff to maintain resident well-being and high-quality care.

The position requires nursing leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills, with a preference for a Bachelor’s in Nursing and active CPR/First Aid certification. Flexibility for varied shifts, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have caring heart and be willing to serve others.
• Current state LPN license as required by state regulations; three years of nursing experience.
• Two years supervisory experience required.
• Experience in hiring staff, managing budgets, and scheduling; CPR certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Long-term care and dementia care preferred.
• Must be flexible and prepared to assist on a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Primary Responsibilities of the Director of Wellness:
