Progressive Directions, Inc. (PDI) is seeking a Full-Time Direct Support Professional in Clarksville, TN. The role provides person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them participate in the community and develop independence.

You will assist with daily living tasks, community activities, and documentation, while following health and safety guidelines. PDI offers competitive pay, paid time off, holidays, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and document in English.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to successfully complete background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies, training requirements, and health and safety procedures.
• Protect the rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of the people supported.
