Job summary

Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a full-time server to join our Dining Services team. Shifts run 11:00am-8:30pm, 4:00pm-8:30pm, or 7:00am-3:30pm in Main Living and Healthcare dining rooms.

Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, taking orders, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring accurate billing through the POS system. Benefits include tuition assistance, paid training, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is a requirement.
• Prior food service experience is preferred.

• Properly set-up dining areas and maintain a clean environment.
• Take orders from customers and communicate effectively to the kitchen staff to execute a pleasant and accurate dining experience.
• Ensure that customers are correctly charged through the POS computerized system.
