Job summary

Wingate Living is seeking a Dining Room Server at One Wingate East in Needham, MA. This full-time, weekend-shift role offers $23 per hour and a benefits package including 401K, health, dental and vision insurance.

Join a family-owned organization with over 30 years of Massachusetts and Rhode Island service. You will set up dining areas, serve residents, follow safety and infection-control procedures, and support a five-star service standard while maintaining high cleaning and sanitation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in dining or food service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read, understand and follow directions and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions and to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up the dining room and serve residents according to standards.
• Follow cleaning duties and maintain dining room floors and furniture.
• Assist in receiving and storing supplies and report needs.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures and regulations.
• Attend in-service educational programs and support resident-centered care.
• Adhere to company policies and contribute to five-star service.
