Job summary

Boulder Post Acute is hiring a full-time dietary cook to join our caring team in Boulder, CO. You will prepare, cook, and garnish meals while ensuring dietary restrictions are respected and ingredients are fresh.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a cook in a hospital or long-term care facility for not less than one year.

Responsibilities

• Duties will include prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness and dietary restrictions, and arranging and garnishing the dishes.
• In charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
