Clewiston Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a full-time Dietary Cook to provide accurate, timely food service for residents and maintain dietary equipment safely.

Located at 301 South Gloria St, Clewiston, FL 33440, the role covers meal preparation per menus, strict temperatures, and serving according to dietary guidelines.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a dietary position preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook resident meals according to the menu and portion sizes.
• Cook meals according to proper methods and temperatures for quality and yield.
• Ensure meals are served on time and trays are complete and accurate.
• Prepare foods for staff, families, visitors, and special events as directed.
• Prepare and serve food per menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature controls.
• Handle other duties and projects as assigned.
