Hourly Compensation Range $16.00. The Dietary Aide responsibilities include supporting meal service, setting up trays, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Clear background check—last 7 years.
• Compassion for a vulnerable population.
• Ability to read and understand procedure and instruction manuals.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Responsibilities

• Learn food service routines within a short period.
• Set up meal trays.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Assist with serving meals.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temp of dishwashing machine.
• Operate dishwasher and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and floors.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Carry out trash and garbage.
• Maintain safe, orderly storage of groceries.
• Keep kitchen clean and sanitary; assist when needed.
