Exton Post Acute is hiring a Dietary Aide for a full-time role at $17 an hour. You will support meal preparation, serving residents, and ensuring a positive dining experience with attention to dietary needs and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior experience in food preparation or food service strongly preferred.
• Care for age-related needs of residents served.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping area clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation, plating, and service to residents in a timely, safe, and respectful manner.
• Support delivery of meals with appropriate dietary selections per nutritional guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, equipment, and spaces per safety standards.
• Follow dietary guidelines, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements for food safety and resident care.
• Collaborate as a team to support meal service and kitchen operations.
• Provide courteous, respectful interactions with residents during meal service.
