42 North Dental in Enfield, CT seeks a full-time General Dentist to manage the complete patient experience from exam to treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $15K, comprehensive benefits, and mentorship within a supportive network of doctors. Annual earnings range from $180,000 to $250,000 USD.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
